Laura's Inspiring Ambitions

Hoping to be promoted to Sergeant, here's Laura's inspiring journey through the air cadets:

"I joined the air cadet organisation in September 2023 and spent my time doing various activities such as shooting, leadership skills, first aid and many more. On the 22nd of February 2025 I was then promoted to Corporal. This was a big achievement for me as I am now one of two female NCO's ( non-commissioned officers) within my squadron. I am now hoping to get further in my cadet career by putting myself more out there to achieve more skills that will help me through my life. Along with this I am able to put myself forward for Sergeant which I hope to get next year. I hope that this shows that if you put in the effort, you can achieve
