🐾 A Pride of Place for Clawdia! 🦁🎨

A huge thank you to Mrs Stokes and Mr Dunbar for taking a group of our talented art students to Sheffield yesterday to visit Clawdia, our lion cub from the Pride of Yorkshire Trail, which is raising funds for Sheffield Children's Hospital.
Our students worked exceptionally hard on the creation of Clawdia, so seeing her standing proudly on display at the Millennium Gallery was a truly special moment. After months of creativity, dedication and teamwork, it must have felt surreal to see their artwork showcased for the public to enjoy.
The trip also gave students the opportunity to practise their sketching skills, capturing Sheffield’s cityscape, and there was even a well-earned ice cream break kindly provided by Mrs Stokes to help everyone cool down in the sunny weather! ☀️🍦
We are incredibly proud of our students and grateful to everyone who has supported this wonderful project. Be sure to keep an eye out for Clawdia if you're exploring the Pride of Yorkshire Trail this summer!
