🎓 Trust Post-16 Moving On Day
Over 400 students from all 7 Trust Post-16 schools came together to build a successful future
On Wednesday 10th September, 110 of our Year 13 students joined peers from across the Trust at Nottingham Trent University for an inspiring and informative Moving On Day.
The event was designed to equip students with essential knowledge and skills for life beyond Post-16 education. Throughout the day, students participated in four tailored sessions, choosing from a wide range of 12 workshops covering key life topics, including:
- 🚗 Driving & Passenger Safety
- 🎓 Thriving at University
- 🧠 Revision Tips & Exam Wellbeing
- 💰 Equifax: Lifetime Finances
- 🩺 GP Talk: Personal Health for 18–21 Year Olds
- ⚖️ Criminal Rights & Responsibilities
The day was a fantastic opportunity for students to explore real-world issues, gain practical advice, and connect with others preparing for their next steps. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with students appreciating the relevance and variety of sessions offered.
